Returns and Refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return: The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition. Products must not be damaged through misuse or improper handling. All items included in the set must be returned. Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided. Once your return has been received and approved, we'll refund the eligible purchase amount to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law. Variations in colour, texture, thickness, surface markings and edges are normal characteristics of natural slate and do not necessarily indicate a fault. Moments. Etched in Stone. What are the coasters made from? Our coasters are made from natural slate, giving every piece its own subtle texture, edges and character. Because slate is a natural material, slight variations between individual coasters are completely normal. How many coasters come in a set? 4 coasters in each set. Are the designs printed onto the coaster? No. Our designs are laser engraved directly into the slate, creating a permanent finish rather than a printed graphic sitting on the surface. Will the engraving fade? Under normal use, the laser engraving is designed to remain permanently etched into the slate. Are the coasters suitable for hot and cold drinks? Yes. They're designed for everyday use with both hot and cold drinks. They're perfect for everything from your morning coffee to a cold beer while watching the footy. Will every coaster look exactly the same? Not completely. Natural slate can vary slightly in texture, thickness, surface markings and edges. These small differences are part of what makes each set unique. How quickly will my order be dispatched? Our current processing and dispatch estimates are shown on our Shipping page. During major releases, finals periods, Christmas and other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes. We ship orders throughout Australia. Can I track my order? You will receive an email to track your order once it's been dispatched. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
